The system was confusing and poorly organized. The care was filthy outside and inside. Driving it around was was a bit embarrassing. When I arrived at my family's home, they all laughed. I was not happy about the 10 % discount that I did not agree to ( small print) but which stopped me from cancelling the car. The car's muffler sounded like it was on the way out. I would not rent from this group again.
For transparency, this guest first requested a cancellation due to a cancelled flight. The reservation was booked under Turo’s non-refundable policy, which hosts cannot override. After this was explained, the guest chose to proceed with the trip and picked up the vehicle.
The vehicle was cleaned and inspected before the trip and no mechanical issues were reported before or after. We believe this review reflects frustration with the cancellation policy rather than the vehicle itself.
