Security verification was reassuring.communication was excellent with very detailed pickup and drop off instructions. This was very nice especially since our plane was delayed by 4 hrs. No waiting in lineup or even wondering whether pickup was even available that time of night. Car itself is an older model and prob seen some better days but still lots of life to it. Bowen was great as a host.

Car wasn’t in the best of shape but got swapped with another vehicle in decent shape so all was good.

No response to messages as other reviewers mentioned, no snow scraper, wiper fluid empty, fuel gauge was 2 millimeters lower than when we picked up and got charged refueling.
Car was in poor shape, lots of road noise Would suggest you rent from someone else!
