Didn't provide timely pickup instructions.

Tried to return early due to these issues, denied refund. Had to go through Turo support to get my refund and deal with the issues.

The guest used the vehicle for 5 days without reporting any issues. Only after requesting to shorten the trip due to a personal emergency — which I declined — did multiple concerns suddenly arise.
Given the timing, these claims appear inconsistent with the prior use of the vehicle. If they were genuine, they would have been raised earlier and the vehicle returned immediately.
The car was inspected before the trip, and the check engine light (catalytic converter) was disclosed.

It got the job done and good on gas but needed windshield washer the host informed me prior but it’s not my responsibility to fill it up specially in this weather
