A little confusing finding the car next to P4 at airport, but overall the car is great and Shanto was very responsive.

A tyre-related safety issue due to poor maintenance meant that I had to pullover and arrange roadside tyre replacement. I returned the vehicle after waiting for 5 hours for the repair and then returned the vehicle to the pickup location on the spare tyre.
It was a huge inconvenience and was made worse after receiving an invoice for fuel and a damage report that accused me of causing the damage that was already present on the car.
Turo sided with me as the damage was already present so both the invoice and damage report were cancelled.
In hindsight, I should have done a better check of the cars condition before taking the keys. Other than this the car was fine but I would recommend doing a really thorough check of the car before you accept the trip.

Dear Jordan, thank you for your review. Without your notice on delayed flight, i happily stood by monitoring and flawlessly got you from the airport terminal. All was well once arrived, i even walked around the vehicle with you to see all maintenance up to date and beyond, as im meticulous with all of my vehicles. When you advised about your tire hours later and 100km away, i stood by every step. Tire accidents can happen w/ any rental. Many thanks for covering the costs of your curbside damage.
