Car was clean and ran fine. Problem was the a/c didn’t work. Other than that, host was friendly and apologized for the a/c. He was unaware.

The car was clean and pick up was easy. The host was also very responsive and followed up regarding the concerns I raised (described more below).
The AC was not cooling properly during the day when it was sunny. The host said he was not aware of the issue before we picked the car up. We had to rely on fresh air by rolling the windows down. Further, the car made a lot of sounds especially when braking, there was a screeching sound. It left us wondering if the car was safe to drive. The host said it was, however, it was scary at points because we were travelling in some remote areas where help would arrive really late if it got to that point. Thankfully nothing went wrong. We also kept the host in loop and he also followed up frequently which was assuring.
There were no other issues.
