The car was great, pick was good too but the drop off was a disaster. We drove to Cape Breton and the car had some bug splatter which is normal when we drive on highways. The host demanded we take the car for a car wash even though we mentioned we had a flight to catch. Even after getting the car washed he complained about the sand on the mats and reported damage to Turo. Believe me we cleaned and vacuumed the interior before drop off. The false claim he raised with Turo was closed and they credited us some money for the inconvenience. According to Turo policy you are not supposed to wash the car or clean the interior unless it’s extremely bad which it wasn’t. Be careful of the hosts expectations.
This customer is so bad in attitude & behavior, after returning the car with dirty in & outside , they said “ we trying to be nice “… excuse me , “ You rent my car,& return with all dirty , smell & birth poo, and complain to Truro Policy, please don’t let this people rent your cars again, they will destroy it & say to you :” we trying to be nice, it not our fault”, it always every one fault.
