The pickup and car was just as described. There was a little hiccup because of the app, but the owner was very quick to respond and we figured out a solution easily. Would recommend again

The car was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. However, there was a strong smell of smoke from previous use. Roberto explained it was from previous users. The car was perfect for getting around comfortably and efficiently. What really stood out was the Roberto's communication: clear, prompt, and friendly from start to finish. They were also very willing to accommodate scheduling needs, which made the whole process stress-free. I’d absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend this vehicle and host to others.
