The car was great. This was the most inconvenient pickup and drop-off ever though. The host insisted to meet face to face for both pickup and drop-off, they don't have a key box and are not able to lock the car remotely.
For pickup our flight got delayed multiple times. I appreciate that the host was willing to accommodate and meet us later, but they keep asking me to change the pickup time in the Turo app even after I explained that Turo was charging me a fee every time I was doing so.
For drop-off, the host was not happy that I wanted to to drop off the car earlier than the initially drop-off time I set in Turo, and asked to get back the car a day earlier, which didn't work for me at all.

Thanks for the feedback. I don’t offer remote pickup. Your pickup was 5:30 pm, and I waited until 11:30 pm rather than cancel because I understood the flight delay was beyond your control. Your return was 6 am, but you requested 4:15 am. Since it was so early, I suggested midnight the night before only as an option. When that didn’t work, I met you at 4:15 am as requested. I’m sorry the service didn’t meet your expectations.

Great experience! The car was clean, in great condition, and exactly as advertised. Communication was excellent, and the whole process—from pickup to drop-off—was super easy and stress-free. Everything went smoothly, and I'd definitely rent from this host again. Highly recommend!
