Gerald was very helpful. Although pickup isn't supposed to be face to face for convenience, I did pick up just outside his house, and he clearly saw me struggling to get familiar with the car (it was so different from my own in terms of controls and where they were located!). He came outside and explained a few things and I was able to get on my way. The car was scrupulously clean and I had no issues while driving. It was lovely to have the freedom to drive wherever and whenever I wanted, and I would recommend Gerald to anybody looking to rent a car in the area.
