This car was a replacement for another car from same owner which had a major mechanical malfunction (overheating with warning to turn off car immediately). I was on tight schedule with my two kids in car. Owner came for car exchange after about 45 minutes. I resent being charged for two gas charges when I had no opportunity to buy gas for car 1 (broken) and I had huge inconvenience which forced me to return car at 7 pm June 25 instead of 9 am June 26. Strongly suggest the two charges by owner be reversed.
Hi Peter, there was only 1 fuel charge. Just for this vehicle. The fuel you used on the other vehicle was not charged to you.
As for the vehicle return, it was your choice to return early, I told you it was available all throughout your reservation date.
Your location was 30 minutes away. We got you into this car and back on the road fairly quickly.
While we didn't charge you for the gas on Car 1, you had all the time to return this vehicle with a full tank.
