Unfortunately, our experience with this rental was disappointing, especially considering it was during the winter season.
When we asked the driver if the car had all-season tires, his response was rude, and he even told us to cancel our booking instead of properly addressing our concern—despite it being winter and road safety being a valid question.
The car was not well-prepared for winter conditions:
• No snow brush inside the vehicle
• Fuel gauge was only at half upon pickup
• The dashboard continuously showed “LOW TIRE PRESSURE”
Because of this, we had to fully tank the fuel ourselves and inflate the tires before we could safely use the car.
Driving during a snowy day was difficult and unsafe due to the all-season tires, which are not ideal for winter conditions.
Overall, this rental lacked proper preparation, safety readiness, and customer service. I would recommend better vehicle checks, winter-appropriate equipment, and more professional communication with customers—especially during the winter season.

Washer fluid was empty & tires were not good in snow. Also the rentee only had a quarter tank of gas in it. Won't be renting from this person again.

Very bad filthy and lot of mechanical problems no gas no washer fluid I have no choice so I used I have returned the car on time and send message now after 45 minutes he is sending me confirmation. That’s trick. I do not recommend this guy to continue with Turo.
