Vova was great and accommodating, but I had a bunch of issues trying to charge the vehicle.
The car was clean and no issues outside of a few known and documented dents and scrapes on the exterior. Was able to get to banff and back with only one charge full up in Canmore. The ride was smooth and nice to have a modern car with apple car play on this trip.
The main issue I had was that I spent a few hours over the course of the week dealing with charging issues, including one time where I spent about 45 minutes just trying get the charger to unplug. Even the Mercedes benz dealership technicians struggled to get it unplugged. Seems like something may need fixed there. Other than that it wouldve been a 5 star trip

Host was nice, car was very clean and fun to drive but had issues with charging, to the point where it would not accept charge. The car has limited range and should not be taken much out of the city or over 90km/h.
