Great host (Francois) and key contact (Keyen). Excellent communication before, during and after the trip. Gave Tesla phone access so all of my settings carried over to the Model 3 that I rented from their fleet. Airport pickup was very convenient!

I was a bit hesitant to this Turo thing, but this worked out fantastic. Great car great service. And we got winter tires.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
