They didn't know the ploblem that the Tesla didn't activated auto pilot mode. Im so angry. They didn't check anything before rent car. I want refund of part.
Thank you for your feedback. However, this information is incorrect. The car was delivered clean and fully functional. The Autopilot feature was deactivated because the guest modified software settings without authorization. No request for Autopilot activation was ever mentioned before or during the trip. We maintain all our vehicles in excellent condition for every renter.

Pick up was easy, the car is not really well maintained. it’s on snow tires and air conditioner smells weird. But overall good and convenient experience.
We sorry about the smell, we always change the cabin air filter, because its Alberta we keep our cars on winter tire year round, it can snow in the mountains 12 months of the year
