Car was dirty when we received it.
Hello Jiana,
All of my vehicles are detailed before and after every trip. Before your trip began, this vehicle also underwent a thorough inspection, and no issues were found.
This car is relatively new, with only 40,000 miles on it, so it is in excellent mechanical condition with no maintenance or safety concerns. I also have the certification available.
As this is a sports car with responsive handling and strong performance, I recommend that driver with more experience to drive.

The car was clean and great, but before booking the trip, I wish I had known the host meets you at the car to drop off and pick up, leaving no wiggle room. My cell service made it difficult to coordinate meeting with little service.

I can accommodate both situations in person or self check-in. I usually do self check-in. I was only there in person because your trip timmings kept on changing, , I needed to be there to make sure everything went smoothly.
