We understand how frustrating it might be dealing with a situation like this couple hours before your check out. Rest assured, we stepped in almost right away to help you deal with this situation and unfortunately you driving through construction and ending up with flat tire was not in our hands to control, our goal was to get you on your flight safely and have the vehicle back to Calgary in time before you miss your flight. I had a great experience borrowing a car from Don. He was friendly, flexible, reliable, and easy to communicate with. The car was clean, in very good condition, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Don and would happily borrow from him again!
