Great service but vehicle smelled like cigarettes

It’s definitely not the experience we aim to provide. We are already taking additional steps to have it professionally cleaned and fully addressed!

Quick and easy pick up and drop off at the YYC garage. Used a lockbox to check into the car. The tires were good with plenty of tread. The car itself had some cosmetic damage inside and outside, but honestly it didn't affect the performance and I actually kind of appreciated it since I didn't have to worry about the car owner being concerned about microchips from driving on the highway. Overall, solid experience and would rent from again.

Easy pickup and drop off. Car was great. Did great in the snow and gave us no issues. Host was responsive and instructions were clear.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
