Richard told me he expected me to detail the car before returning it. It was impeccably clean inside with a bit of road dust on the outside which is reasonable considering the weather
Yes I expected you to wash the car before returning and a drive through a car wash should have been too much ask considering the car was clean when you picked up. It wasn’t dust that was on the car. It was very dirty with a lot of stains which doesn’t allow one see the true condition of the body when returned. The pictures testifies to that.

The car was fantastic, beautiful to drive and very comfortable. The AWD and snow tires made it very reliable in all weather.
