Ian was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. The rental experience itself was very smooth and easy, and everything went perfectly on his end. Unfortunately, I experienced some issues with the car — it didn’t feel completely safe to drive, so I decided to end the trip early.
However, Ian was extremely understanding and supportive. He even offered me another car to help with the situation and kindly matched the price, without asking for any additional payment despite the car class difference.
Overall, this was just an unlucky situation with the vehicle itself, but Ian handled everything in the best and most professional way possible. I really appreciate his kindness and support.
