The car was good and Grand was very flexible. In total it was a very nice experience!

Pickup and drop off were smooth. The car ran smoothly as well. However, there was a strong odour in the car. We even had to buy air fresheners to get rid of the smell, but the smell didn’t go away. The Bluetooth had a lot of static as well, to the point where it strongly interfered with the sound. We ended up having to play music off our phone
