I was very disappointed in the shape of the car upon pick up. I have pictures of zip ties on hub caps as well as hub caps all chipped, broken window tire pressure sensor light on. Heat shield rattles. The car was not clean inside or outside something was spilled all over trunk hood upon pick up the gas was not full. My mother was dying and I just needed to get to her before she passed. So I didnt have time to request a different rental and to my understandings there wasnt one. However My brother who put the car on his credit card would like to see some sort of discount for the shape the car was in and it being a rental.

I usually don’t respond to reviews, but I feel clarification is necessary. I was very sorry to hear about your mother and offered my sincere condolences. No concerns about the vehicle’s condition or drivability were raised during the trip. In fact, you mentioned that you enjoyed the Sentra and had owned a similar one before. Cosmetic hubcap damage or zip ties securing a hubcap do not affect drivability. It is disappointing these concerns were only raised afterward when requesting a discount.
