The rating is solely based on the experience with the car. The car smelt heavily of cigarette smoke, we received the car not with a full tank it was almost at half.
I didn't communicate much with the host. So I can rate my experience with them. But the car I wouldn't book again.

All are cars have a strict policy for no smoking and it’s beyond our control when guests don’t follow that
We try our best to clean and disinfect the car when this happens and air out the smell and add air fresheners
As per gas vehicles are not mandatory to be full you just have to bring it back at whichever amount you picked it up at

The car was decent and got me where I needed to go. Pickup process was simple and the host communicated well. There were a couple small things that could be improved, but overall it was an okay experience. I would consider booking again!
