I was originally supposed to pick up the car on August 2, but because WestJet rebooked my flight, I didn’t arrive until August 4. As a result, I picked up the car on August 4, used it on August 5 and August 6, and returned it on August 7 at around 8:00 a.m.
In reality, I only used the car for two days, yet I was charged for an additional day that I wasn’t able to use. This entire trip has been extremely frustrating due to the flight disruptions. I lost valuable vacation time, had to deal with unexpected expenses, and now I’m being charged for a rental period that was beyond my control.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I’m extremely dissatisfied with how everything turned out. I hope you will review my situation and consider providing a refund or adjustment for the extra day I was charged.

Great experience from start to finish! The car was in excellent condition and drove perfectly. Especially really good on gas. Joe was a wonderful host—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I’d happily rent from him again in the future. Highly recommended!
