This BMW 2 Series Convertible is literally the best car to rent if you plan on doing a little driving around the island. Rent it for the experience. It’s a sick looking car and it drives beautifully. Very comfortable for 2 people. Car was in perfect shape and gave me no problems. Very fun car to drive around the mountains. I was considering something a little more fuel efficient like a Prius, but this absolutely makes the trip a blast. You’re not going to spend much on gas regardless. Treat yourself, you’ll thank me later. Host was extremely accommodating. Never left me hanging for a second whenever we had to communicate. Will book again when I’m back.

Highly recommend John’s M3. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Very very special driving experience, brutal performance, luxurious interior and BMW showmanship. Has everything for a reasonable price Car was in great condition, running Kumhos on the front and cheaper Chinese tires on the back with sufficient tread and grip to have safe fun. I recently rented a BMW 4 Series Cabriolet and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The car was in excellent condition — clean, powerful, and a real pleasure to drive. Trip was great. Car was great. Pickup and drop off weren’t amazing. No one greeted us so we had no idea if we were going to wait 2 or 30 mins for our car. Ended up being between 5-10 mins. Drop off they were closed at 5:00. I will rent from them again!

Renting the car from Henrique was an absolutely perfect customer experience for us. The vehicle came reasonably freshly washed and thoroughly cleaned. All supplies topped up, including the vitals (brake fluid, coolant, window washer, engine oil recently changed) and the wheels were perfectly balanced and aligned too. The car provides for Bluetooth audio and BMW sat nav (for this model) so while life traffic isn't updated on maps, the route is perfectly planned. We used the option to have the car delivered and picked up, which was also flawlessly executed. We are pretty much committed to book again as there are no better options for someone fond of BMWs. Because we drove well and took care of the car as our own, we are also offered a 10% discount. Happy driving!

Incredible car. Wonderful for Hawaii.Drove from Kona to Hilo and back. We drove this car around with an 18 month old in a car seat in the back and the entire trip was wonderful. The hosts are very proactive and communicative. I would definitely rent again.

This was truly a five star experience. The best combination of luxury and sport I’ve personally experienced in a BMW. I genuinely enjoyed this car, and the rental was absolutely worth it. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone considering it A few things really stood out to me First, the interior is GORGEOUS. The MSRP of this car was around $150,000, including about a $3,500 option for the truffle leather interior. It looks amazing and is one of the best interiors BMW has ever made Second, the car only has around 12,000 miles and is in excellent condition overall. It drives, handles, and brakes beautifully. Everything feels tight, powerful, and refined, exactly how an M8 should feel Third, the host was responsive whenever needed, replied quickly, and adjusted the pickup time to fit my schedule, which I really appreciated Now for a few imperfections that absolutely do not change my overall opinion of the car and should not discourage anyone from renting it The driver’s seat ventilation was not working, and the passenger seat ventilation was very weak. My guess is that sand may have gotten into the seat ventilation fans, which is understandable for a Hawaii beach car. Even if repaired, I can see this becoming an issue again over time Also, the passenger seat folding mechanism was not working, likely because the cable for the folding lever came loose. Because of that, rear seat access from the passenger side was unavailable. It did not really affect us since there were only two of us, but if you have more than two passengers, getting in and out of the back seats may be a little less convenient Another thing worth mentioning is that the front brake pads squeak a bit. This is completely normal for high performance M cars. On my own car, switching to Zimmermann pads helped get rid of the noise Overall, would I recommend renting this car? Absolutely yes, and I already have. It’s definitely a niche car to own, but for a short term rental experience, it is absolutely fantastic
