The rental experience was exceptional. At first, my husband and I were having difficulties opening the Tesla upon pick up. However, our host was very patient and worked with us to sort out the situation. From then on we had a great time trying out the Tesla and experiencing its many commodities. The car was neat, clean, and gave that new car vibe. All in all 10/10.
