Michael was a very good, responsive host and the truck met our needs well. Couple smaller glitches kept it from being 5 stars: interior smelled like smoke, covered over with too many air fresheners; parking lot ticket wasn’t left in the truck so had to pay extra to get out of the lot; and tank was 50 miles short of full on gas.

Thanks so much for your feedback as we always strive for a ViP 5 star rental experience from start to finish. As far as any smoke or vape smells we completely sanitize, odorize, and detail the vehicle before each rental. The parking ticket was left on the dashboard which you may have overlooked but I called you within 2 minutes to resolve this issue with the parking authority super simple. We told you to just fill the gas tank up to the same level that you received the vehicle at =)
