Take a break with these pretty pictures

Since the start of quarantine we’ve been bringing you regular moments of zen in the form of some of our most favorite motorcars from around the Turo marketplace. Even though the country is hitting the road again, let’s keep the fun going. We like cars, you like cars, so let’s look at some cars.

After the Defender’s first big redesign in decades, Land Rover delivered the new model last year, bringing back one of the most iconic 4x4s of all time. Instead of the retro-inspired looks that other brands have been giving their heritage SUV nameplates (Bronco, Wrangler), Land Rover went full futuristic on the new Defender, with bulbous but smooth exterior lines, a storm trooper-esque face, and an interior stocked with contemporary tech.

Daniel’s brand-new 2021 Defender is the X-Dynamic version, which is new for 2021 and slots between the standard trim and the burly Defender X. It’s an exceptionally comfortable, capable, and luxurious big modern SUV, but the new style was somewhat controversial for some folks when it debuted. Does this new Defender do it for you?
