When Emma S.’s husband headed out to Boston for work, she decided to piggyback on his business trip for a weekend jaunt into Vermont to visit her parents, ride in a cycling race, and ease into some Northeast-style R & R.
After picking up Ade’s Mercedes GL Class in Boston, they set off for Vermont’s Green Mountains. They enjoyed some microbrews, thumbed through records at a record store, dined al fresco at Hen of the Wood, and made their way to Middlebury for the Vermont Gran Fondo bike race.
Tuckered out after a nice long ride, they made their way back to Boston, stopping at Robert Frost National Forest.
