Stave off boredom with these pretty pictures
Bored in the house? You can only stroll through your local park so many times, so we’re bringing you a moment of zen each week in the form of some of our most favorite motorcars from around the Turo marketplace. We like cars, you like cars, so let’s look at some cars.
The Ferrari 348 Spider was built from 1993 to 1995, and during that time, it was the exotic convertible to own. The Pininfarina-styled body took cues from the famous Testarossa — its sleek flat profile is highlighted with wonderfully dramatic side strakes and pop-up headlights. Roland’s 1994 348 Spider is playfully finished in “Fly Yellow” paint, giving it that unmistakable exotic Ferrari look.
This original specimen is a fantastic representative of the analog era of sports cars. A lovely gated shifter pilots the five-speed manual transmission classic Ferraris are famous for. The 3.4L V8 pushes 320 horsepower with no power steering or fancy electric driving aids — it’s just you, the road, and the sound of a screaming Ferrari V8.
