This Model X is 2019, including the FULL Auto Pilot ($7000 Option), 310 Long Range, White on Beige Wood Grain, 6 Seater, fully loaded with every option including self presenting front doors, heated leather seats, AutoPilot, 22 in rims. It is a 6 seat configuration with massive storage space. There is no engine so you have a front trunk “frunk” along with additional deep storage in the trunk. All of the rear seats fold down giving you the most storage space of any luxury SUV.

We do not allow pets nor smoking at any cost. If the vehicle is returned with animal or cigarette smell or with a deodorizer then there will be a $99 cleaning and smell riddance fee. So please, if you smoke, please please smoke outside the car. For pets we recommend a carrying container in the back part of the vehicle. We would not want to have to charge the $99 and we are absolutely sure you would not want to pay it either. Also during love bug season in Florida any cars returned without cleaning them off will result in a $50 cleaning surcharge.
Lastly, if you do not have internet connectivity on your phone, you will be given the password to the onboard wifi and pay $5 for wifi for car rental return communication purposes. We would recommend the portable wifi instead, its just safer this way for everyone. We thank you in advance for taking good care of our vehicle as it is an investment that we want to provide a great level of service with.

- Do I have to return the car as clean as I received it?Everyone saves money and time using Turo and this is one of the reasons. The car has to be returned as clean as it was delivered. We are not too picky at all, but if the car is smoked in or is returned with pet smell, or vomit smell we will have to charge you for an Ozone Cleaning ($99) in addition to the cleaning fee of $50. Of course we allow babies, and even have baby seats, but if there are spills and such, there will be an additional cleaning fee. If there is sand in the car upon return...you guessed it, there will be an additional cleaning fee. Regular Post Cleaning Fees will range from $10-$50. Stained seats will result in extra cleaning fees
- How do the Tolls Work?Avoiding a toll road in Orlando is impossible,. All of our cars are equipped with a Sun Pass which work on all Florida Toll Roads. You only pay $5.75 per day at the end of the rental for unlimited toll usage. Do not pay as you go because we will also be billed and you will end up paying twice. Do not avoid toll roads because this is an automatic charge sought at the end of the rental through Turo reimbursements.

- How would I pay for the Supercharge?Our car is on account already, so I would just need to know the amount after you pump it with what you need...please text it through the Turo Messenger, and I will send you a final bill upon return along with the toll consumption.
- Can I take your car out of State?You may, but it will cost an additional $50 per day, and you must also opt for the Unlimited Mileage. This $50 per day will be assessed at the end of the rental in the form of reimbursement. You must have previous consent from the Host. Southeast USA ok...but not further than that unless fully approved by host. All our cars have GPS location services on them. If a car travels outside the state without prior approval, we will charge an additional $50 per day, per state upon return.
- Are there any charges for late deliveries or early returns?We are flexible however we will charge $50 for any no-call and no-show late or early returns. Any changes from the actual deliveries or returns times will result in a $50 change/convenience fee IF the changes land outside of our normal working hours, and it will be billed at the end of the rental plus any parking garage fees as well.
