We are all about live and let live here in Hawaii but I'd hate to have to charge you the cost of upholstering a brand new car with a burn in it and any smoke smell makes this vehicle un-rentable which also goes back to you. Mahalo for understanding. *Cleaning Policy: Please return the car in the same condition it was picked up. If not, a cleaning fee UP to $250 will be charged. You may choose to add a prepaid cleaning BEFORE your trip (See extras) so you don't have to worry about sand or mud. *Gas Policy: Please return the car with the same amount of gas received. If not, a gas charge will be applied, as well as an administrative fee. *You may choose to add prepaid fuel BEFORE your trip (See extras) and avoid having to rush for your flight. *You are responsible for obeying all traffic laws, any tickets, or towing of the vehicle. If the vehicle is impounded you will be responsible for retrieval, if the car is not retrieved by you, you will be responsible for the full price of the vehicle.
