The vehicle will be photographed before/after each trip, so I recommend to take your own pictures of the car to avoid any incidental fees. Any noticeable scrapes or dents will incur a repair fee. NO SMOKING!!!(Marijuana/fragrance/air fresheners, any lingering smell will be reported to Turo and charged up to $250 You will receive washed and vacuumed vehicle at the beginning of the trip, with a full tank of gas. Please make sure to return the car in the same condition to avoid any incidental fees. If you do not have time to wash it, you may pay a $25 washing fee at the end of the trip. When washing please avoid using air fresheners, or any like products/chemicals on the inside of the vehicle. Our next clients may have severe allergies to those products. Beverages and food:No any beverages and food inside of vehicle(except water),any stains will result in the deep cleaning fee of $250. Tickets: If you receive any tickets during your trip please pay them immediately. Pets: No pets Extensions: Do not forget that the car must be returned on time. If the car is returned after the official end of the trip, there is a fine of $50 per hour and up to $ 200 per day. If you want to change the date or time of the car rent earlier (sometimes this option may not be available because the car is already booked by another customer) than it was booked or you want to extend the day or time of return, go to the trip details in the app and click the "Change trip" to request a change. The car comes with a toll pass for California express lanes and toll freeways. Only pay the tolls you use, drive right through without stopping, we’ll ask for the reimbursement at the end of the trip depending on how many times you used the toll pass.
