Great first experience using Turo

The car smelled like weed when we got it, and the host said that he couldn’t smell it. We also found a lighter in the side door. But otherwise the car was good. We had to take it because it would cost me a lot more to figure out the transportation to get another car. Also, we paid extra for a pick up at the airport, and we had to drop the host off about 8 minutes from the airport. And when we were dropping off the car it was the same thing, we had to meet him at his location and he drove us to the airport. Before I would always have hosts just drop a car off to me at the terminal I would get in and go. So, this was different.

This was my first time using Turo and the host made the experience truly wonderful for me! He showed me how to use the app properly and provided excellent communication. Beyond that, it was truly a beautiful vehicle for an amazing price. I know who I'll book with again next time!
