Any signs of RACING/BURN-OUT TIRES, you will be charged in excess of $400 per tire or $1000 each engine damage part/piece.
Any signs of smoking will be report to Turo and charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.

Important: Please be sure to only use premium 91+ octane gas and save your receipt showing that you used premium gas. Lower octane gas can damage the engine.

- Can I drive this car on the freeway?Yes, it is legal for you to drive this car on the freeway. It is recommended that you wear helmet for safety and reduce wind noise. Also, avoid driving near big trucks.
- Do I need special driver license or skills to drive the car?No, just a regular car driver's license is all that's required to drive this car.
- Do i have to wear a helmet?NOTE: This is not legal advice, it is just my research information that I share to help you make your own decision if you should wear a helmet. According to CHP inspection officer, the Vanderhall Venice is considered a "fully enclosed three wheeler," it is exempt from the California helmet requirements. The conditions that make this car is a fully enclosed are the sides, roll bars and wearing the seat belts. For this reason, I do not wear a helmet when driving the Vanderhall and have never gotten a helmet ticket. If you want to wear helmet, you can rent a helmet from me for $15/trip. Please you rent the helmet during the booking under Extras section.
