This car is very nice. We had small issues when we went to retrieve the vehicle but it was quickly handled with no issues. This man and his wife are extremely nice people and very friendly when it comes to this business. You feel welcomed speaking to them and handling your business with them. Even though this guy details his own cars I took the time out and cleaned her up even better! This was a great trip Pros: Communication, Convenience and Flexibility!

Hugo was a great host and even met me early when my flight arrived earlier than expected. When I had issues at the airport upon return, he was quick to help. I found the hybrid Ford to be comfortable and quiet. The car is large and spacious for a hybrid, and looks like a standard Ford Fusion. However, be aware that the trunk space is significantly reduced by the extra batteries housed there. It can accommodate one large suitcase, and another small piece of luggage with some space around for other small stuff.
