Luke was great at getting back to me whenever I messaged him. The car was not the cleanest and it had some functionality issues which I was not told until I sent proof of I.D. The car had just come back from the dealership and Luke was told that the car would be fine (which is not his fault) but it quit about 6 times while I was driving it and I had to put it in park and take the key out and start it up again then it would work. But when I text Luke and told him the issue then he was very nice and quick to respond with a solution of a different car if I wanted. Although the car was messing up, I told him that the car should be fine until pickup since today was my last day with the car. He apologized and was very good at communicating with me and checking on the functionality of the car the day I picked it up which was fine at the time until the last day. Luke was great and I would rent from him again, just a different car. :)

I’m supposed to rental for 3-4 days but I end up rental for a week. So comfortable and love this car already. Definitely will rent again
