A great host makes for a great experience and that's exactly what you get when you book with Juan. This was my first time using Turo and I really lucked out with Juan. He's professional, courteous and highly responsive. He confirmed my trip right away, which was really helpful, since it was on a busy holiday. Pickup was a breeze. When I arrived, he was already outside getting the car ready.. He explained the whole process and patiently answered all of my questions. He showed me how everything worked and helped my customize the car's settings to fit me. He even lent me one of his auxiliary cables when I asked about connecting to my phone's music. It's a small detail but he could have just said I needed to go buy one if wanted to listen to my tunes. The car was really nice and clean. Loved the way it handled. Definitely booking again with Juan.

I’ve booked 2 cars on Turo and by far this car was the best. It’s a great looking car, very clean inside, smelled great and best of all the for the first time I got into a car that the gas was filled to the top! Juan was very polite, punctual and professional. Thank you Juan for everything! You will be my go to guy in the future! He even gave me a cold bottled water when I returned the car this morning. I thought that was a kind gesture on his part. Highly recommend Juan for anyone who’s booking for their first time!
