The car was clean and Stephanie brought it to my Air BnB. Car worked fine for the short time I operated it. Unfortunately, I had to leave abruptly due to family health emergency. Stephanie received a full extra day charge, for which I had no issue. However, I did not have a chance to replace less than 3 gallons used in tank so she surcharged me even after I explained my need to leave early. On top of that, Turo charged an additional $12. I indicated I would not dispute, but asked her to consider the circumstances. She did not. I would not consider this strong values in a shared service community. Hope she considers business choices better in the future.
