He was not punctual in communicating with me from the day I picked up the car. I also left my only debit card in the vehicle console the day I returned & now he is not responding on how I can receive my debit card back. Or even acknowledging the messages regarding my lost card. So I have no way to access my money. I’m a single woman, on a holiday with no access to her funds & no personal vehicle (my car is in the shop). Which is why I rented from him, initially.

Hello You were almost an hr late in picking up the car. I messaged you that I’ll look for the card when I get the car back. I never found the card and I assumed that you found it. You never messaged me after that. Not sure what your problem is.

He was super nice. The car was VERY CLEAN. Would rent from him again.
