Ruby was lovely! I’d only used Turo once before and am still quite novice. She was patient and gave me info freely as I needed it. This car was totally fun to drive as well!

Ruby and her mini Cooper were both great. Very clean, a pleasure to drive, and everything just a couple of days before Thanksgiving (after Enterprise cancelling a booking I had made weeks ago)

Ruby’s hybrid Lexus was so smooth and quiet, we loved it so much! We were really impressed on how much of a gas saver the Lexus was because we drove all over town for two days and still did not have to fill up until the very last day. Not only was the vehicle amazing, Ruby and her mother were very sweet and flexible whenever it came to adjusting our meet time. I will definitely rent from Ruby again when I return to San Francisco!

Although Ruby needed to switch vehicles do to his Mini needing repairs, he quickly communicated the change. The Prius worked great for my day trip and had some great features to make the journey a bit better. Would definitely rent from Ruby again!
