I rented Daniel’s BMW i8 and had an amazing experience. I’ve rented and driven a lot of different performance cars, including a Corvette C8 Stingray, an F82 M4 Competition, and I’ve also test-driven the newer G82 M4. I’ve been around cars like the Mercedes C63 as well, and I usually rent these cars to get a real feel for what I might actually want to buy.
Most of the time, after having a car for a weekend, I realize I don’t really want it long-term or that it’s not worth owning. But the BMW i8 was different. This is probably the first car I’ve rented where I walked away feeling confident that this is the car I actually want to buy.
The car gets a crazy amount of attention. It looks exotic, futuristic, and timeless. People were asking if it was a brand-new 2026 model, even though the design has been around for years. It still looks incredibly modern and special in person.
Daniel was also great to deal with — easy to talk to, professional, and made the whole rental experience smooth. I’d definitely recommend renting from him, especially if you’re considering an i8 or just want to experience something unique.
