The van was very clean and easy to drive. Gregory was very responsive and very easy to work with. I would definitely rent from him again.

Air conditioning not that great, stayed on high entire trip had poor cooling quality. Agent was notified and assured he’d fix it immediately
I took the van directly to the mechanic to check the AC. The system was fully charged. AC was ice cold. It seems as if guest may not have had on the recirculation button in the vehicle with the AC on.

This is my second time renting from Greg and each experience has gone very well. Rental was exactly as advertised and had no mechanical issues.
