• Do we have to clean the car when returning?

  The vehicle will always be given clean to you. Our customer support team will review the evidence — if it clearly shows an eligible cleaning issue, we’ll charge you a cleaning violation fee of $150 plus a 3% processing fee.

• Do you pick up and drop off customers at the LAX terminal?

  Curbside drop-offs and pickups aren’t allowed at LAX or in the LAX parking lot. Please message your host for more details on locations.

• Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?

  The car will usually come with a full tank of DIESEL. Please return it at the same fuel level. Please note, travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be the actual cost of DIESEL plus a $10 inconvenience fee.

• Will the car come activated with a toll pass?

  The vehicle will be registered with toll roads, providing access to all toll roads and bridges. We will request reimbursement at the end of the trip, payable via the Turo app.

• Is smoking permitted in the car?

  NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell of cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping, we will report it to Turo. Turo can charge in excess of $150 for detailing and cleaning services.

• Do you offer car seats?

  We offer car seats for all ages. Please select the extra for the number of car seats needed. When picking up the car, please remind the agent of the car seats needed. Due to liability reasons, we cannot install car seats for customers. It is the customer's responsibility to install the car seat.
