Unfortunately there was a flat tire when I went to pick up the van, but Exquisite was communicative and we worked out a plan and payment for getting it fixed in time for my trip. Van is not very clean but it’s a van so I guess the bar is pretty low.

When my husband picked up the van there was trash left all around the front seats, as well as McDonalds sauce on the passenger side seat. The van wasn’t handling well, so we checked the tire pressure. One of the back tires was at 20 pounds, but
Should have been at 70. Lastly, the van was damaged on the passenger side as if someone side
swiped the van. Two tires were missing hub caps. The back of the van was covered in sticky liquid, so we bought two moving blankets so my daughter’s college stuff wouldn’t get dirty. Very disappointing.
