Booked the vehicle 6 hours before our family trip late at night and Everglades had the vehicle ready to go. A very good host and great vehicle would definitely book again.

Thank you for the ability to have the van ready in couple of hours! We decided to spend the night in Naples and it had enough space for all 8 of us! Great van, very reliable, very clean and we didn’t have any problems with it! All good! Definitely will consider book with them again! Very nice host too!

Hello so we have rented from Turo numerous amounts of time and this was by far the worst experience. The host was actually very responsive but the vehicle was absolutely horrible. The rear ac didn’t work in Florida, the tires were bald and were dangerous and scary to drive on in the rain, the drivetrain was so loud that you thought that you were in a airplane on a runway , something was literally about to fall off in the rear end, and the dashboard had a bunch of lights that were on for faults with the vehicle. When I contacted the host he said the lights were not a concern, that he had just put tires on two months ago. I am a mechanic and the date code on the tires was from 2018. He also said that he was as running the car 90% of the time and had not taken it to the shop in a while. It’s very unfortunate that we paid a premium for the rental put 12 people inside the car and we’re always concerned that we were going to break down. In my opinion cars like this should not me rented out and maybe Turo should monitor some of the hosts more closely since people like this are obviously talking advantage of the system and putting profits before safety. Definitely will use Turo again but I would stay away from Everglades Transpot. If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would.

We are very sorry this guest felt this way. Unfortunately, we are talking about a 7000lb van, manufactured in 2015. Yes, it makes noises. Is it in such bad condition? Absolutely not. The van was handed to the guest with no warning lights and came back with two lights on. Is it the guest's fault, I really don't know. We cannot control the way people drive cars. The van will be inspected professionally to see if the computer can tell us if the guest was driving too fast, or something went wrong.
