Van exterior was dirty on pickup. Sliding door is messed up and the passenger seat heater won’t turn off, which makes for a very hot ride. These issues were not disclosed at the time of rental. Does everything else work good enough in the van? Yes. Is it a showstopper?. No. Just understand what you are getting when you rent this van. Also, had to pay $36 to get the van out of the garage where was left for pick up.

Sliding door sensor was inaccurate. Was not made aware I had to pay $16 for parking to pick up. Otherwise a fantastic trip!

When picking up vehicle there was no clear direction of where to pick it up. Also, there was damage on vehicle not show in pictures. Damage to front windshield, side panels, door not closing correctly. There was also damage to roof area. When returning vehicle I was told wrong area to return it, even though it was option to return there in app. Now claim has been placed in starting we did some damage to roof area, which we did not. We returned vehicle in same condition as when we took it. Just not overall good experience with first time booking on Turo.
