Ford Transit 350 XLT Passenger Wagon. to travel in comfort with legroom, headrests, armrests, and six feet tall roof to move around while in transit. Drive is not much different than driving a minivan or SUV. Though it is longer and higher, it is easy to maneuver with a back view camera and oversized side mirrors. Ride is comfortable with large windows, headrests, reclines, and armrests. Separate heating/air-conditioning controls for front driver seat row and the back row seating. This van can be used for any occasion in which you need to get a large group from place to place without using multiple vehicles, creating a larger expense. The van will come with a phone mount, Android Type C, and an Apple phone charger. Van might also have a GPS tracker for safety. Van is kept clean and in top condition, asking you to return it the same way.

I picked up the van around 10:20am on Friday Jan 31st. Everything was fine until I made my first stop to pick up the youth children for a church camp trip to upstate NY. My first stop was the church 10 mins away from the pick up location of the van. I went in the bathroom helped the kids put their bags in the van (took me about 20 mins in total and I did turn off the van and took the keys with me) when I went to turn the van back on it didn’t start.
I immediately called Blake and Stephen and Stephen called me back and told me he would be able to come to my location as he was near by. He arrived within 15 minutes. At this point we were able to split children and bags into two other vans we had rented since we were running late to check in the kids at camp . I told Stephen that I wasn’t confortable taking the van anymore because I was scared it will turn off again. He told me he was sorry for the inconvenience, that he will cancel the trip and process a refund on his end. I trusted him so I didn’t do anything on my end. (Like notifying turro or taking pictures of him staying with the van, or ending the trip on my end on the app)
He stayed with the van at the church where I was located. I never took the van with me on the trip, as it didn’t turn on, and I left with the other drivers and other vans.
On Sunday when I came back from camp I realized the trip wasn’t cancelled and no refund was processed. Blake and Stephen haven’t answered any messages or calls. I made a claim with Turro and Blake and Stephen denied the claim. The claim is currently under investigation with Turro’s claim department and I have to submit proof that I didn’t take the van on the trip.
This has been a very unprofessional extremely inconvenient and unethical experience. As a client I trusted that Blake and Stephen will do the right thing and they fell to satisfy me as a client
but also failed to do the right moral thing as human being. Unfortunately, I am called to do this review in hopes that they don’t do this to anyone else again specially if you are traveling with kids.

The Vehicle was in great condition. It road smoothly, and the pick-up and drop-off was seamless. I had direct communication with Blake, with unambiguous instructions. I would definitely rent again.
