Do I have to clean the vehicle before returning it?
Any cleaning is always appreciated but all we ask is that you remove any garbage from the vehicle when you return it. We will handle exterior wash, vacuum and sanitization of all surfaces upon return.
Do I have to refuel the vehicle before returning it?
No, you are not required to refuel the vehicle upon return. Fuel level is marked upon checkout and fuel will be charged to you through Turo to refuel to the same level plus a $10 convenience fee.

The trip i went on was to the Oregon coast from Spokane with a family of 6 and all of the suitcases and two medium coolers.
Positives:
1: Van was immaculately clean.
2: Very spacious interior. With some creative packing we had no issues with fitting all of our belongings with room to spare.
3: Very comfortable seats. I do have to say that for long hauling I have never had more comfortable seats to drive in. Very comfortable leather captains chairs with great lumbar support.
4: Van had great visibility with cateye mirrors for changing lanes and I backup camera for easy backups.
5: Driving through the Tricities in 90+ weather was very comfortable with great interior climate control.
6: 1st world problems, everyone had a power outlet for there electronic devices, yeah! with a 120v outlet upfront, excellent.
7: Large monitor for the kids to watch DVDs and they did, The Goonies and Frozen. Now if only they had their own headphones jacks : )
Cons:
1: The only con that I could think of, and I do say that this was concerning driving in very hilly terrain on the coast. Due to the size of the van and the amount of braking that we had to do, the front brakes would overheat and would start to chatter. The first time this happened it was very surprising and caught me off guard. I figured out how to use the manual setting on the transmission and use it to slow me down without having to brake as heavily and this alleviated most of the chattering. Normal braking, no issues.
