Note: No Burning Man trips allowed. This is a Mercedes Sprinter Passenger van good for short or long trips, . It drives just like a mini-van and can be parked in a regular parking spot, height permitting. There is a separate front and rear A/C to keep all of the passengers comfortable. Bring along your media on a USB drive and enjoy it on the HD TV media player Good to go to Tahoe, Yosemite, Las Vegas, Napa, anywhere the outdoor calls for or anywhere your heart desires. No smoking in the VAN Please. We can make it into a 2 5 6 7 or 8 by removing some seats in the rear. Let us know. There are tie down on the floor to carry all your camping goods and toys plus a people mover. This van is perfect for family trips, a corporate event, sport events, beach/lake days, camping, and the list goes on and on This unit is a rare gasoline one that runs on premium gas which is available everywhere. No need to search for diesel fuel. No smoking in the van if smoke is detected of any kind cleaning fees will be added on and it will not be cheap. PLEASE WATCH THE HEIGHT OF THE VAN IT DOES NOT GO THROUGH DRIVE THROUGH FAST FOOD or PARKING GARAGES. The van is located close to San Jose Airport (SJC). Easy pickup/drop off. Faqs
Do we have to clean the van when returning?
Van will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. If van cannot be returned clean, we highly suggest to purchase the post-trip cleaning option. Does gas need to be filled?
Van will usually come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee. There is a Chevron/Costco 1-2 minutes away from our pick up and drop off location.
Airport Delivery
There are a few things to keep in mind if you decide to add-on an airport pick-up/drop-off. It's possible that we won't be able to deliver the car at or around the time of your arrival. Therefore, we must leave the car at the hourly/short-term/long-term parking lot. The prices range from $2 per 15 minutes to a daily cap of $36. Please be aware that before picking up, you must be prepared to pay a maximum of $36. (We'll make every effort to deliver it as soon as you're scheduled to arrive.) When you return the car, we will cover the parking fee.
What if emergency happened?
Please call 911 if case of emergency. For non-emergency or semi-emergency, please contact Turo support @support.turo.com or message me via Turo message. Please allow 1-2 hours response time.
Can I return the van after hours?
Yes. Van can be returned at any hour. Park the van in the designated parking spot at our primary location right outside SJC airport and put the keys in the office mail slot.
Is smoking permitted in the van?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $450 for detail and cleaning services.
Does the van have FasTrak?
Yes, the van is connected to a FasTrak account. Any toll / express lane charges incurred will be billed separately at the end of the rental.

Nous avons loué le mini-van pour un road trip de 15 jours en famille en Californie; nous étions 8 personnes (7 adultes + 1 enfant). Le côté positif c’est que le mini-van est très spacieux pour 8 personnes nous avions largement de la place pour toutes nos affaires et pour nous. Il était relativement facile à conduire avec la boîte auto et la caméra de recul même s’il consomme pas mal avec la clim. S’il est vrai que le minivan est assez haut, nous avions globalement réussi à nous garer un peu partout mais il faut bien l’avoir en tête pendant le voyage et parfois ça coûte plus cher. L’autre point positif c’est l’écran nous a bien servi pour divertir l’enfant sur la route. Sinon, il y a avait de quoi poser ses gobelets et bouteilles et charger son téléphone à l’avant du véhicule. Le Bluetooth fonctionne également.
Le côté négatif c’est le problème de clé et de serrure côté conducteur qui ne fonctionnent plus et que nous avons eu tout le long du voyage. Nous avons donc dû laisser cette porte ouverte. À noter toutefois que le propriétaire a tenté de trouver un serrurier, sans succès, et a commandé une nouvelle clé mais qui arrivait bien après notre voyage. Il a donc accepté de nous faire un geste commercial que nous avons apprécié. Récupérer la voiture puis la retourner à l’aéroport ont été simple grâce aux explications fournies. Ce fut une belle expérience!

The vehicle was pretty old, but thought, since it's a Sprinter, it wouldn't be a problem. But it's not well maintained and has some major maintenance work to be done. Luckily we didn't face any major issues during our time. The host overall managed the drop-off and pick-up pretty well and was hassle free.
