How should I handle bridge tolls?
The vehicle license plates are registered with Fastrak. You do not need to stop at the toll plaza and you may use the Fastrak lanes. I will bill you at the end of your trip through the Turo App.
Can my friends/family members drive the vehicle?
Yes, as long as they are legally licensed and added as a registered Driver with Turo after booking the vehicle, they can! Turo doesn’t charge for adding additional drivers however the primary renter may need to be present for pick up and drop off. Do I need to wash the car when returning?
Please return the van in the SAME CONDITION. A cleaning fee will only be charged in severe cases related to the interior, e.g. spilled liquids, pet hair removal, smoke smell, etc.

The van was perfect for our vacation for our family of seven. Pickup and drop off at the airport was easy and the van was spotless. On our last night, the van was broken into in the hotel parking lot and Kevin was understanding and easy to work with in resolving the issue. Would use them in the future.
